Disregard Your Fears

And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.  For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.  And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague. Mark 5:25‮-‬29 (KJV)‬‬
This is one of the all-time stories in the Bible. Had this woman not ignored people’s opinion or did what she did despite her fears or her status, no one would have known or read about her today. She found her way to Jesus, despite the crowd. The crowd were so many that the disciples told Jesus that how would He say someone touched Him seeing how many people thronged Him.
But the woman, fearing and trembling, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell down before Him and told Him the whole truth. And He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction.” Mark 5:33‮-‬34 (NKJV)‬‬
There was something this woman did that was really profound. Although there was so much noise all around, she spoke to herself, and she found the strength to take a leap of faith. She found her way through the crowd to reach the hem of Jesus’ cloth. She didn’t need Jesus to touch her, she was too convinced that if she could touch Jesus’ cloth, then she would receive His touch. Was she afraid doing what she did? Oh yes! The Bible records that when Jesus asked who touched Him, “the woman trembled” but she didn’t allow her fears override her step of faith. There are some steps you need to take to turn on or activate supernatural turnaround; press beyond the crowd, reach out for your miracle.
I declare that I have the grace to starve my fears and ignore my doubts or people’s opinion, in order to lay hold on my inheritance. I am walking into my miracle unhindered, in Jesus Name.
